APD is a web application built by UNICEF as a central repository for capturing, modifying and tracking the Action Points associated with eTools modules (Trip Management, FAM, TPM, FM). It also provides an opportunity to create personal APs that are not associated with any of eTools Module.
APD is an open-source project and can be found on Github.
