Connectivity map (for example: Brazil https://projectconnect.unicef.org/map/country/br)
Presenting geolocations and static school connectivity (mobile and broadband). Connectivity data is visualised using colour keys (visible at the bottom of the screen):
Connectivity data unavailable (blue)
No connectivity (red)
Moderate connectivity (yellow)
Good connectivity (green)
Website allows user to view maps in three different settings, which can be selected from the menu on the bottom right side of the screen:
Dark
Light
Satellite
There is also a zoom-in & zoom-out function available on the bottom right side of the screen.
To explore specific data, user can use left sidebar:
Data source
Total of schools in the country
Connected schools
Average internet speed in the schools and conclusion, whether the speed is good enough for e-learning.
Percentage of schools with no internet in the country.
On the sidebar, a user is also presented with the function to explore data week by week, to see how it changes and improves.
